We only provide estimates of the average weight of the devices and the estimated presence of significant toxic metal components, which do not include the trace doping and metal materials contained in finished silicon devices. All our products do not intentionally use cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBE), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) and the four types of dibutyl phthalate (DEHP), butylbenzyl phthalate (BBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP). That's nine of the 10 RoHS banned substances.
