ELLON (ELLON) production process materials and methods are different, can be divided into a variety of types, including traditional carbon film resistance, metal film resistance, and modern chip resistance (SMD resistance).
Chip resistor (SMD resistor)
The surface of this method is mounted resistance, moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, high reliability. The production process is mainly divided into two categories: thick diaphragm type resistor and thin film type resistor.
Thick diaphragm resistance: The resistive material is deposited on the insulating substrate (such as alumina ceramic) by screen printing, and then formed by sintering. The process includes screen printing, drying, sintering and other steps.
Thin film resistor: The resistive material is sputtered on the insulating substrate by evaporation and sputtering in vacuum. The process includes vacuum evaporation or sputtering, photolithography, etching and other steps.
Production process
A typical resistance production process consists of the following key steps:
Ingredients: According to the design resistance value and performance requirements of the resistance, select the appropriate resistive material for mixing. These materials may be metals, carbon, oxides, etc.
Ball milling: The mixed material is ball milling treatment, so that it becomes a fine powder to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the material.
Granulation: The powder material is processed into slurry, and coated on the substrate, and the initial resistance body is formed by sintering and other processes.
Cutting and forming: The use of laser resistance adjustment, etching and other technologies for fine processing of the resistor to ensure that its resistance value meets the design requirements.
Welding and assembly: The resistance body is welded to the bottom electrode and packaged and coated to enhance its durability and stability.
Testing and inspection: The use of high-precision testing instruments to detect the parameters of the resistance to ensure that the product quality meets the standard. Substandard products will be eliminated or reworked.
